Features

A constant state of audit and
certification readiness

Plan your audit programme once

Schedule internal audits, supplier reviews and mock inspections for the year and track them as they happen, with automated templates so every audit starts from a consistent structure.

F108: Plan your audit programme once

Every finding tracked to closure

Log findings with owners, ratings and due dates, attach evidence and track corrective actions through to closure, with repeat findings spotted across audit cycles.

F109: Every finding tracked to closure

Every control shows its evidence

Each control carries the documents behind it, who approved them and when they were last reviewed, in the structure your assessor works through rather than a folder you have to explain.

F018: Every control shows its evidence

An audit trail nobody can edit

Every edit, submission and approval is recorded in a read-only activity log, so you can show exactly what happened, who did it and when.

F069: An audit trail nobody can edit

A dedicated portal for your auditor

Give your auditor their own in-platform portal and views, with exactly the evidence they need, no more and no less, and no endless email back and forth.

F020: A dedicated portal for your auditor

Know you’re ready before the audit

A readiness view shows the evidence in place across every framework, with automated reminders before certificates, evidence and controls expire.

F024: Know you’re ready before the audit

Benefits

Build confidence into every audit

Be audit-ready all year round

Evidence, approvals and version history are already in place before the auditor arrives, so audits become a review of what’s there, not a last-minute scramble.

Spend less time on manual work

Templates, automated reminders and in-platform audits take the admin out of preparing for and running audits.

Full oversight and reduced risk

Every finding and corrective action is tracked to closure, with repeat findings spotted early, so the same issue doesn’t come back next cycle.

Give auditors exactly what they need

A dedicated auditor portal gives assessors access to the evidence they need, without exposing everything else.

Build trust with auditors and stakeholders

Share your certifications and audit outcomes through your Trust Centre, so buyers and stakeholders can see your compliance status without having to ask.

“Assuric has been fantastic in helping us quickly and safely navigate regulatory compliance in the UK. From completing Cybersecurity requirements to DSPT, DCB0129, and DTAC, the team was supportive, extremely knowledgeable, and the platform made everything quick and straightforward. A separate regulatory company we consulted at the beginning even remarked on how quickly we achieved compliance!”

Yes. Plan your audit programme for the year, start each audit from a template, log findings with owners and due dates, and track corrective actions to closure, all with a full activity log.

Standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 require internal audits to be carried out by someone competent and objective, which means auditors shouldn’t audit their own work. That can be a trained member of your team from another area, or an external auditor or consultant.

Yes. Assuric is auditor agnostic, so any auditor or certification body can complete their audit in the platform, using a dedicated auditor portal with a full activity log and version history built in. We also partner with a number of audit and certification bodies with different specialties, which can streamline things and help us find the right fit for you. Either way, your audit is carried out by an independent certification body (or a notified or approved body for medical devices), which signs off your certificate.

UKAS (the United Kingdom Accreditation Service) is the UK’s national accreditation body. It accredits certification bodies, checking that they are competent and impartial, so a certificate from a UKAS-accredited certification body, for ISO 27001 for example, is widely recognised and often what NHS and enterprise buyers ask for.

A notified body is an organisation designated to assess whether a medical device meets the EU MDR before it can carry a CE mark. A UK approved body does the same for the UKCA mark, designated by the MHRA. Most devices above Class I need one, along with some Class I devices, such as those that are sterile or have a measuring function.

Availability, cost and how comfortable they are with software and AI products all vary considerably. We work with several regularly and will talk you through the trade-offs for your product.

There are two costs: the platform, and the third-party audit fee, which is set by the certification body and varies with your size and scope.

Findings come into Assuric as assigned actions with owners and deadlines, and the evidence resolving each one stays attached to it, so your response is documented rather than reconstructed later.
